1. The working principle of submersible pump
Before starting the pump, the suction pipe and the pump must be filled with fluids. After the pump has been started, the impellers rotate at high speed and the fluids will rotate along. Under the effect of centrifugal force, the fluids fly outward from the impellers and diffuse in the pump case. It slows down while its pressure increases and finally runs out through discharge pipe. Meanwhile, in the center of the impellers, as the fluids are thrown outward, a vacuum space of low pressure is formed where there is neither air nor fluids. Under the pressure of atmosphere, the fluids in the pool will be drawn into the pump through suction pipe. In this way, the fluids are drawn up from the pool continuously and sent out from the discharge pipe in steady flow.
