Submersible sewage pumps structure and application

1. Submersible sewage pump application
Submersible sewage pump is also called submersible drainage pump or submersible slurry motor-pump. The sewage pump Weihu produces is mainly used in municipal projects, hospitals, constructions, hotels and restaurants, etc. It works to transport waste water containing solid particles and all kinds of long fibers, municipal domestic wastewater and rainwater, as well as raw water and water for aquaculture and irrigation, etc. When made from some special material, it can also be used to transport corrosive fluids. Fluids temperature shall be less than 40℃, PH value 4~10, fluids density ratio theoretically less than 1.1. It adopts three-phase 380V, 50Hz power source. It shall not be immersed deeper than 10m under water. The water level can be controlled automatically to the need of the clients.
2. Submersible sewage pump structure
2.1 The submersible motor adopts the stator and rotor of common Y type, Y2 type motors to reduce cost and enlarge production scale, so that it can be produced in batches. Meanwhile, it brings great convenience to customers in model selection, matching and maintenance.
2.2 Submersible sewage pump uses impellers of different structure in different occasions for different purposes. It may choose specially designed single channel or double channel impellers, or closed type double blades impellers, all of which perform well in anti-winding and anti-clogging, have high efficiency, save energy and can make fluids pass through easily. You may also choose automatic mixing submersible sewage pump that can mix the fluids evenly.
2.3 It uses single case spiral chamber, draws water in from bottom and discharges from sideway. It has a large channel for fluids to flow through.
2.4 To make sure the pump work with the highest efficiency, a wear resistant sealing ring is installed between the impellers and the spiral chamber. This ring can be changed.
2.5 Pumps of high lift have back-blade sealing on its impellers to reduce the pressure imposed on pump chamber by the fluids, so as to balance the axial force and prevent impurities from entering the sealed chamber, prolong the service life of the sealing.
