Why does the nozzle of irrigation pump not rotate?

It is probably because the rocker is not installed in the correct angle or at the correct height; the rocker is too loose or its spring is too tight; flow channel clogged or water pressure too low; clearance between hollow shaft and axle sleeve too small. The solution is to adjust the position of baffle board and weather board against the central line of flow; adjust the position adjustment bolt on the rocker; tighten the bolt on pressing plate or adjust the angle of spring of the rocker; clean off the clogging stuff in the flow channel or adjust the working pressure; burnish the hollow shaft and the shaft sleeve or change them.

Why does the nozzle of irrigation pump work unstably?

It may be because the rocker is not installed at the right position; the spring of the rocker is not adjusted correctly or the rocker shaft becomes loose; diverters malfunction or rocker shaft worn out; the rocking block of the diverter doesn’t rise high enough; too large friction force in diverter. The solutions are to adjust the height of the rocker, adjust its spring or fasten its shaft, or replace the spring of the rocker or the sheath of the rocker; adjust the height of the rocking block; add lubricating oil to the shaft of rocking block.

Why does the nozzle not jet water to a far distance and evenly?

It is probably because the rocker beats with too high frequency, or the height of the rocker is not correct, or pressure too low, flow channel clogged. The solution is to adjust the spring of the rocker or the adjustment bolt of the rocker to change its depth in water; adjust working pressure; clean off the clogging stuff in the flow channel.
