Well submersible pump shall not be used to deliver slurry or water containing much sand.

To improve the efficiency of the pumping unit, save energy and avoid motor overload, the actual lift of well submersible pump in practice shall be 0.8~1.1 times of rated lift. The cables of the motor must be installed soundly. Otherwise the motor will run with default phase and get burned. The motor should be checked frequently for cracks or scratches. If any, replace or maintain timely.

For oil-immersed motor, if the oil leaks out, you should go to the factory or repair shop for maintenance timely, replace the sealing elements.

If your motor is water-filled, you should often clean up the sands inside motor cavity, and update the clean water inside.

When the well submersible pump has been running for half a year, we should check and maintain it, replace the damaged accessories.

When the well submersible motor-pump has finished its task, if its motor is water-filled type, drain the clean water inside motor, wash the motor-pump, make it clean, paste oil on it to prevent rusting, save it in a dry place, let it stand vertically.
