1. Submersible sewage pump application
Submersible sewage pump is also called submersible drainage pump or submersible slurry motor-pump. 3. The mechanical sealing can be cooled and lubricated in oil chamber. The oil chamber also separates motor chamber from the pump part. It has electrode protection device, i. e. oil-water probe. The electrode sends out a signal when the fluids being pumped enter the oil chamber. That will be displayed on control system, indicating the supervisor to maintain it timely. At the same time, the control system will closely supervise the pump for leakage.
4. A water leakage detector or float switch is installed at the bottom of the motor chamber. When the fluids being pumped enter the motor chamber, the switch will send out a signal to the control system for it to protect the pump.
5. Motor stator insulation class is F. It has over-heating protection device inside. Another over-heating protection device is installed at the installation part of the bearing.
