Common faults, causes and treatment methods of deep well submersible pump (1)

A) deep well submersible pump motor can not start
    Vertical well pump with a motor can not start the main reason is:
    1, the power phase sequence is reversed
    Treatment is to replace any two-phase power supply wiring position.
    2, power phase loss
    Treatment is to check the power supply, control switch and vertical deep well submersible pump motor wiring, etc., to identify the cause of the power phase, troubleshooting, return to normal power supply.
    3, the power supply voltage is too low:
    Treatment is to check the cause of the power supply voltage is too low, troubleshooting. And the voltage transferred to 340V or more.
    4, the load is too large
    Treatment is to check whether the pump failure, whether the pump and motor power match. Find the cause of the load is too large, troubleshooting or load on the pump and motor to make appropriate adjustments.
(B) pump flow and lack of head
    1, vertical deep well pump motor with the normal operation of the pump is not water
    (1) the surface is too low, the pump can not absorb water treatment method is to increase a pump tube and drive shaft.
    (2) water treatment network blocking method is to remove the deep well pump from the well, remove the water network blockage and re-install.
    (3) pump section too deep into the deep wells in the treatment method is to reduce the pump section of one to two pump tube.
    2, the water shortage

    3, the normal operation of the motor, pump head inadequate
    (1) pump section in the gap is too large deal with the pump section is hanging out, adjust the impeller axial clearance.
    (2) impeller damage treatment method is to pump out the pump section, replace the impeller.
(C) vertical deep well pump motor is not working properly
    1, the motor running sound is not normal
    (1) the motor bearing a serious shortage of oil treatment method is to add or replace the new oil to the specified oil line.
    (2) motor bearing damage treatment method is to check the motor bearing damage causes, troubleshooting, replacement of bearings.
    (3) pump failure treatment method is to check the pump failure causes, remove the pump failure, so that the vertical deep well pump work.
    2, the motor running current is too large
    (1) pump impeller clearance is too small, impeller and guide vane friction treatment method is to adjust the pump impeller clearance, improve the pump impeller installation location.
    (2) the pump is not installed straight, part of the bending of the shaft and bearing friction is too large processing method is to remove the water pump, straight bending of the drive shaft, re-install the pump to meet the required requirements.
    (3) the water pump is too large, too large shaft power processing method is to remove a class or number of impeller to reduce the pump out of water, so that the pump shaft power and motor power to match.
    3, vertical deep well pumps and motor vibration occurs during operation
    Pump and motor vibration occurs in the main reasons are generally caused by wear and tear shaft, the treatment method is the deep well pump device from the wells hanging out. Replace worn drive shaft.
    4, the motor anti-reverse device failure
    Vertical deep well pump motor with anti-reversing device failure is the main reason is to stop the cylindrical pins fall or wear.
    Treatment is to open the anti-reverse disk, wipe the cylindrical pin oil, cleaning anti-reversing disk pin hole, the wear of the cylinder should be replaced only.
