Experimental Study on Flow Field in Deep Well Pump
It is the key to improve the performance of deep well pump by studying the flow field, especially the flow field of the mixed-phase flow. With the PIV technology, LDV technology and ultrasonic technology matures, people can already use these advanced flow field test technology without interference in the case of the flow field for high-precision measurement. In this paper, PIV (Particle Imaging Velocimetry) is used to study the flow field of deep well pump in Canada. The main contents of this paper are to measure the flow of pump in different flow rate Field, and compared the flow field in deep well pump with single phase and mixed phase flow.
1 Particle Image Velocimetry and Image Processing
The basic principle of Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) is to record the position of the particles in the flow field by optical method, and then get the displacement of the particles. Based on the particle The velocity and instantaneous motion parameters of the fluid at the particle location are measured.
Using PIV technology, many particles in the flow field can be recorded in the same image by multiple exposures in chronological order, and can also be recorded on different graphics by high-speed cameras. The parameters (particle displacements, velocities, etc.) reflecting the characteristics of the flow field can be obtained by a series of numerical operations using the relevant assumptions and laws of physics and mechanics and according to the corresponding mathematical model. 2 small gas-liquid two-phase deep well pump simulation test device
Deep well pump work in the underground, the working medium is not single-phase, it is difficult to work on the site of the deep well pump flow field for practical testing. In addition, because the formation conditions of each oil field is very complex, it is difficult to find a general law, therefore, in the laboratory established a small gas-liquid two-phase deep-well pump simulation test device, as shown in Figure 1.
The simulation test device is mainly composed of hydraulic control system and pneumatic control system. For the purpose of visualization, the pump barrel and plunger of the deep well pump model are made of organic glass.
