Reason and Elimination Method of Start - up Tripping of Deep Well Submersible Pump

Deep well submersible pump starting or running current, or even trip
cause:
1, power failure, power shortage.
2, the power cord is too long too small, the pressure drop is too large or the supply voltage is too low.
3, contactor damage or thermal relay trip. (Fault red light).
4, the power cord into the motor line, automatic box within a break or loose into the line phase.
5, the motor has been damaged.
6, the pump has a foreign body card machine.
Method of exclusion:
1, check the power supply, excluding phase.
2, increase the cable, improve the supply voltage.
3, check or replace the contactor, thermal relay to be manually reset after cooling.
4, check the line is good.
5, check the motor or replacement.
6, clean up foreign body.
