Submersible water pump is composed of pump body, submersible motor (including cable), delivery pipe and control switch. Submersible water pump is the single-suction multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump; submersible motor is the three-phase asynchronous motor equipped with different specifications of three-core cable; starting device is made up of air switch and auto voltage reducing starter; delivery pipe is made of steel tube with different diameters, which are connected by flange; high-head pump is controlled by sluice valve.
Sediment control device and framework oil seal are equipped at the upper submersible motor to prevent sand flow into the motor. Water lubrication bearing is adopted by submersible motor and rubber regulator film and pressure adjusting spring are installed at the lower part of the motor to form surge chamber and adjust pressure change caused by temperature; polyethylene is used by motor winding to insulate.
Each stage of diversion shell of submersible water pump is equipped with a rubber bearing; impeller is fixed on the pump shaft with vertebral taper sleeve; diversion shell is connected with thread or bolt. Check valve is installed on the upper part of high-head submersible water pump to avoid water hammer damaging the machine. There is a water injection hole and air-bleed hole at the upper part of the motor and an outlet hole at the lower part of the motor.
