Thus, it is important to know the factors when select a submersible pump.
1. Head:
Vertical height, horizontal distance, elbow and other factors can affect the head of submersible pump. Under the normal condition, head of submersible sewage pump selected should be within 20% of head needed.
2. Flow:
Rainstorm, typhoon, etc should be considered when select the submersible pump. The design flow must meet the requirement of special circumstances, and generally, main pump and auxiliary pump are needed.
3. Size and method:
The size of pump body and elbow of WQ submersible sewage pump is generally large and size of sewage pump should be fully considered. Submersible pump is commonly installed with mobile installation and coupling installation. Mobile installation is relatively simple, which just puts the pump into the sewage sump by hanging from a rope; coupling installation is relatively complex, which can be done under the guidance of the manufacturer.
4. Supply voltage:
The voltage of motor with three-phase power supply is 380V and the voltage of motor with single-phase power supply is 220V. 220V single-phase sewage pump is mainly for civilian use, industrial enterprise generally select 380V three-phase submersible sewage pump and mining enterprise generally select660V/ 1140V explosion-proof submersible sewage pump.
