1. Electric pump before use, the application of megger to check the motor insulation resistance, the minimum value can not be less than 5 megohms. Check the method is a megohmmeter on a terminal connected to the pump cable, the other terminal connected to the motor shell, shake the megger, observe the insulation resistance.
2. Check the cable to crack, scratches and other phenomena, if damaged should be timely exchange, to prevent leakage.
3. The flooding motor should open the irrigation bolts, fill the clean water and tighten the bolts, and then dive into the water. Oil-immersed motor, such as oil spills, should replace the sealing element and then sneak into the water.
4. Pump into the water before the water should be filled with water pump, empty 1-2 minutes, and start 2 times, check the idle and start is normal. If the opposite direction, the two-phase wiring can be exchanged.
5. Check whether the water pipe with cracks, the connection is firm.
6. When the pump submerges in the water or lifting, do not pull the cable, so as not to damage the cable or disconnect the joints.
7. The supply voltage should be controlled within 5% of the rated voltage not to be greater than or less than the rated voltage. If the voltage is too high or too low, the motor will be damaged.
8. Pump submerged into the water should be vertical, not tilted.
9. The pump may not transport water or mud with more sediment. The flooding motor should always clean the sand in the motor cavity and replace the water in the motor cavity.
10. The actual head of the pump should be within 0.8-1 rated head. This can improve the efficiency of the pump, saving, to avoid motor overload operation, to extend the service life.
11. After the pump should be cleaned, in the metal surface oil rust, and vertical placed in a dry place custody. The submerged motor should also be placed in the motor.
