(2) the export pressure gauge reading is too low, may be sealed ring, guide leaf sets of severe wear. Definitely, the rotor gap is too large, or the outlet valve is too large, large flow, low head.
(3) ammeter reading is too large, may be large flow, or is set, there is a conflict between the rotor.
3, the pump unit is not a large oscillation, the formation of oscillation factors are:
(1) axial flow pump and motor axis is not aligned.

(3) rotor quality imbalance.
(4) pump in the small flow operation, the occurrence of radial force, return, cavitation.
4, sealing operation is not normal
(1) K-shaped power seal will not drip during normal operation.
(2) there is cooling water equipment, to see whether the water flow is normal.
Stop the pump
(1) axial pump pump should be closed first outlet valve to prevent the reverse valve failure caused by the outlet pipe pressure water poured into the pump, resulting in impeller rotation, the formation of pump damage.
