Method and procedure for troubleshooting of sewage pump
1, first cut off the power, check the power supply insulation resistance.
2, if the power is power, check the start switch is faulty, the fuse is intact, wiring is loose, the contact contact is good, the pump cable connected to the power supply is intact.
3, if the insulation resistance in the allowable range, check the power supply line is enough electricity, for the three-phase power supply to check whether the three-phase power supply.
4, if the voltage is normal, turn on the power of the pump for no-load operation.
5, listen to the no-load running sound is normal, the pump steering is correct, if the pump reverse operation, then cut off the power exchange three-phase power cord in any two lines, restart, see the steering is correct.
6, if the operation is not normal, should immediately cut off the power, check the analysis of the fault is in the motor part, the pump part or mechanical seal part.
7, check whether the fault is part of the sewage pump, if the fault in the pump part:
A, check the filter, impeller flow is blocked or strayed by debris.
B, check the pump, pump bolt is tight, pump, pump cover between the leak, oil seal is intact.
C, check the impeller and pump, pump cover whether there is friction.
D, check the pump and pipe joints are leaked.
