1 filler should be soft and soft texture, the material should be based on the working medium and operating parameters of the correct choice.
2 filler interface should be tight, both ends of the termination angle should be consistent, generally 45º angle, the installation of two adjacent packing interface should be staggered 120º-180º angle.
3 liquid seal ring and the diameter of the sleeve gap is generally 1.00-1.50mm.
4 liquid seal ring and packing box diameter gap is generally 0.15-0.20mm.
5 filler gland and the diameter of the sleeve is generally 0.75-1.00mm gap, the gap should be uniform.
6 filler gland and packing box diameter gap is generally 0.10-0.30mm.
7 with packing bottom ring, the bottom ring and the diameter of the sleeve gap is generally 0.70-1.00mm.
8 packing press, the liquid seal ring into the liquid hole should be aligned with the liquid seal or liquid seal ring slightly to the outside, water sealing channel should be smooth.
9 hand wheel, the rotor should be flexible rotation; soil tightness should be appropriate, the process should be water droplets out.
