Maintenance of deep well water pump:
1. After the Submersible pump is well installed, recheck each and every step. If no problem is found, then it is ok to start the pump to perform a test.
2. Ensure there is no noise and shake from the installation. The pump can be on line for work as soon as the test provides a satisfactory result.
3. Stop the pump and the motor after it has been working for four hours on initial usage; this will help the installation settle.
4. The pump should be rested for about five-ten minutes after the pump stops working to avoid the water in the pipe returning results in damaging the motor.
5. In order to extend the using time of the pump, regular examination should be made to the pump after it enters normal working. If there is any problem, the pump should be stopped immediately and measures taken to solve these problems until the pump is in good condition once again.
6. The pump works at a rated 2500 hours each year, examine and repair the pump once a year, change easy damaged parts regularly.
