1, drive shaft or motor bearing overheating

Occurrence factor: short of lubricant or bearing breakage.

Remedy: Fill the oil or replace the bearing

2, mixed flow pump does not water

Factors: the pump and the suction pipe is not filled with water; moving water level is lower than the pump water pipe; suction pipe rupture.

Solution: Remove the bottom valve problems, filling the water; down pump device orientation, so that the water pipe in the moving water level below, or so moving water level and then filter the water pipe and then pumping; repair or replace the suction pipe.

3, mixed-flow pump power consumption is too large

Factors: the pump speed is too high; water pump spindle or water pump spindle and motor spindle is not concentric or not parallel; selection of pump head is not appropriate; pump inhalation of sediment or obstruction; motor ball bearing damage.

Correct the pump shaft or adjust the relative position of the pump and the motor; use the appropriate lift of the pump; finishing sediment or obstruction; replace the motor ball bearings.

4, mixed-flow pump body vibration or noise

Factors: water pump device is not strong or pump device is too high; motor ball bearing damage; water pump spindle or motor spindle spindle is not concentric, not parallel and so on.

Solution: Install steady water pump or pump down the height of the device; replace the motor ball bearing; correct twists and turns pump shaft or adjust the relative position of the pump and motor.

5, mixed flow pump lack of flow

Affect the lack of pump flow is more than suction pipe leakage, bottom valve leakage; inlet obstruction; bottom valve into the water depth of the lack of; pump speed is too low; seal ring or impeller wear too large;
