Check the mixing flow pump before starting
<1> Hand drive motor shaft coupling, check whether the rotation is flexible, with or without light or small uniform or friction feeling.
<2> Inspect the bearing; check the lubricating oil (grease) for the rolling bearing and check if the upper part of the rubber bearing is ready for lubricating the upper cooling water in the indication window.
<3> Check whether all the connecting bolts are tightened and loose.
<4> Check the inlet and outlet water channel and the water tank whether the clogging, if there should be promptly ruled out.
<5> Check whether the instrument and meter parts are normal. Check whether the power supply voltage reaches the rated voltage <380v>. The minimum supply voltage shall not be less than 5% of the rated voltage, the maximum shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.
<6> Check the depth of the catchment basin to see if it meets the requirements. The minimum water level of the pumping station shall not be lower than the lower surface of the pump foundation beam
