Submersible pump motor overload fever the cause and the solution

Submersible pump motor overheating burn out reason: a few customers put submersible pump to buy back from instruction is used directly lead to motor burn out. Submersible pump motor is need cold water to cool don't hot, so I have to put the submersible pump in the water, and water must top motor that got cooling, and then the motor to prolong life.

1, submersible pumping mud, medium density increases caused by overload. The measured medium density is greater than 1.3, even 1.5 ~ 1.6; Rich and motor power coefficient smaller (1.05 ~ 1.05).

2, sediment deposition in the pump body, impeller overload caused by braking, motor is nearly in the blocked state operation.

3, the clearance between the rotor shaft hole, and the clearance between the impeller mouth ring caused by sediment filling make rotor brake overload.

4, individual manufacturer to demand a win in the competition, reduce the motor power.
