Flow problem and solution of hot water circulating pump

1. Hot water circulation pump inlet and outlet valve is not open, import and export pipeline obstruction, abortion impeller blocking. Solution to remove obstruction.

2. Pipes, hot water circulating pump impeller partial obstruction, scale deposition, the valve opening is insufficient. Removal of obstruction, re adjust the valve opening.

3. Exceed the rated flow rate. Regulating flow off small outlet valve.

4. Impeller wear. Replace impeller.

5. Centrifugal pump voltage is low. Voltage regulator.

6. Pump bearing wear. Replace bearing.

7. Centrifugal pump suction process is too high. Reduce the suction process
